We advise and represent in national and international arbitration proceedings in accordance with the procedural rules of all recognised arbitration institutions, primarily in the areas of construction and engineering, trade and distribution, licencing, corporate and real estate.

Susanne Heger regularly acts as arbitrator, in particular under the rules of the VIAC, the ICC and the DIS, as well as in proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules. In addition, she acts as mediator and is very experienced in reaching out-of-court solutions to disputes.
